Attorney Donald Gordon joined Crisp & Associates, LLC in early 2012. He earned his undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. He went on to attend Widener University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. While at Widener, Attorney Gordon worked with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Chief Counsel. This role provided valuable exposure to complex litigation, allowing him to refine his legal research and writing skills.
After passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam, Attorney Gordon accepted a position as Legislative Counsel with the Pennsylvania Senate. During his time with the Senate, he was part of a team responsible for researching, editing, and drafting both current and proposed legislation for the Commonwealth.
This experience deepened his attention to detail and gave him valuable insight into the legislative process, perspectives that continue to inform his client advocacy today.
At Crisp & Associates, Attorney Gordon focuses his practice on administrative law and federal litigation. He has represented clients in matters involving record corrections, injunctive relief, and administrative appeals. His work has included advocacy before various federal courts and regulatory boards. Known for his passionate and meticulous approach, Attorney Gordon is dedicated to providing each of his clients with committed and aggressive representation.
